Can all lithium-ion batteries be repaired?
Not always. If the cells have suffered critical deep discharge below chemical safety thresholds, extensive water intrusion, or physical swelling, repairs are declined for obvious safety reasons.
Why must you see the battery in person to give an estimate?
A failure may stem from a detached balance lead, a blown SMD fuse, a locked BMS, or worn cell banks. Without opening the enclosure and testing internal impedance, providing a blind quote would be unreliable.
Which cell brands do you use for rebuilds?
We strictly utilize certified, tier-1 cells from leading global manufacturers (Samsung, LG, Murata/Sony, Panasonic) matched specifically to your device's continuous discharge ratings.
How long does the in-shop evaluation take?
Once dropped off at the workbench with the original charger, batteries undergo testing and analysis within 48 to 72 business hours.
